All our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact Page and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Made New Media will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for inputting the correct information into our website.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will receive an address by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
